A native of Greenville, Mississippi, David received his Bachelor's Degree from Mississippi State University, and ultimately graduated from The University of Mississippi School of Law in 1991. While in law school, David was on the Moot Court board. Shortly after graduation, David moved back home to Greenville and began practicing with the firm. Within a few years, David became a Partner in 1993.  Among other things, David has vast expertise in the areas of insurance defense, commercial, residential and agricultural real estate transactions, and school law. He has been named  Delta Democrat Times "Best of the Best Lawyer" on six different occasions. David is happily married, and has three children. Aside from his law practice, David is an avid sports fan, and has worn many coaching hats throughout the years, and currently is the Washington High School boy's head basketball coach. In fact, David first met Jake while acting as Offensive Coordinator for Washington High School's football team, helping lead Jake's team to a State Championship in 2008. 

Jake is a native of Leland, Mississippi, and received his Bachelor's Degree Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi and thereafter graduated Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2016. While in college, Jake was a Luckyday Scholar, a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Sigma Alpha Lambda Honor Society, The Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society, the Golden Key International Honor Society, and Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society. Jake joined the firm shortly after graduation, and was named a Partner in 2020. Jake routinely handles personal injury matters, estate matters, and commercial, residential and agricultural real estate transactions for the firm. He has been named Delta Democrat Times "Best of the Best Lawyer" in 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023, and he was also named as one of the Delta's top young professionals in 2021 by the Delta Business Journal. Jake is happily married and has three children. Like David, Jake is also an avid sports fan, and loves to play golf, tennis and fish.
